How do I get started with Seldex™?

The first thing you need to do is register with us. Go to the Login section and complete the registration form. Your username and password will be emailed to you with everything you need to know about Getting Started with Seldex™. Once we receive your registration form, we will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if your registration has been approved and will email you a price list.  Once your registration has been approved you will also be able to use our Online Ordering system.

What should I do before I place an order?

Before placing your first order, we recommend the following:

  • Calibrate your monitor using a standard monitor calibration device. These can be purchased at most electronics & camera stores.
  • If Seldex will be providing album and loose prints we encourage you to order our FREE test prints prior to placing your first order to ensure color compatibility and quality.

I like to do my own printing, is this still ok?

Yes, you can still arrange your own printing for the majority of our products.  There are a couple of products like our Boutique Books and Lite Books where Seldex will provide the prints.     

I need help placing my first order - can you help me?

If you have any questions, are struggling with your first order or simply want to make sure you are doing your initial order correctly, please contact us via email or phone (03 9387 1530) during regular business hours. Our sales team are always happy to chat with customers and help with any questions you may have.

How long will my order take?

This will depend on the product you have ordered and the level or service required such as printing and assembly. Generally albums take between 2-5 weeks and products from the Wall Art, Boxes, Accessory, Folder Mount and Preview Album ranges will take 2-3 weeks.

Please refer to the product webpage for detailed information regarding the turn-a-round time on any specific product. If this time has past and you require further information as to when you will receive your order please email info@seldex.com.au to check on the progress of your order.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment must be made prior to despatch or on collection of your order. Payment may be made via Visacard, Mastercard, Bankcard, Cheque or Direct Bank Deposit. Bank deposits must be made into the following bank account:

Please email accounts@seldex.com.au once your payment has been made via EFT to expedite the despatch of your order. No orders will be released until payment is confirmed.

Do you drop ship?

Yes! We ship to any address that you provide and encourage our customers to use drop-shipping with their out-of-town clients (at no additional cost). All albums are beautifully packaged and client ready at the time of shipping, saving you time and money.  

Can I get studio sample products at a discounted price for my studio?

Where can I see your products?

Our showroom in Brunswick, Victoria is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.  You can also refer to our Distributors webpage for contact details of Seldex™ Artistic Albums distributors.  We do travel around Australia each year for our Roadshow or photography events and this information can be found on our Events page.
